The Clarity Coaching package is designed for individuals seeking deeper self-awareness and a clearer understanding of their values, passions, and purpose.
Through a combination of insightful conversations and reflective practices, we’ll explore your unique strengths, identify limiting beliefs, and uncover your authentic self.
Whether you’re seeking a career change, navigating life transitions, or simply desiring a greater sense of fulfillment, this journey of self-discovery will provide you with the clarity and confidence to make informed decisions and create a life that truly aligns with your deepest desires.
Individual sessions are 50 minutes in length and start at $100 a session. New Clients must complete a 3-Session Fast Trak to begin.

The Resilience Coaching package begins each session with a deeply relaxing guided meditation, designed to calm the mind, reduce stress, and enhance your focus.
Following the meditation, we’ll engage in thought provoking discussions to explore your goals, challenges, and identify areas for growth.
This unique approach combines the transformative power of mindfulness with personalized coaching, empowering you to cultivate greater self-awareness, reduce stress, and achieve lasting positive change in your life.
Individual sessions are 60 minutes in length and start at $110 a session. New Clients must complete a 3-Session Fast Trak to begin.

Synergy Package
The Synergy Coaching Package is truly transformative as it integrates the power of mind, body, and spirit.
Each session begins with a deeply relaxing guided meditation to calm the mind and enhance focus. Following the meditation, we’ll engage in insightful conversations to explore your goals, challenges, and identify areas for growth.
To further support your well-being, you’ll receive a personalized yoga sequence designed to address your specific needs and enhance your physical and mental health.
This unique blend of coaching, meditation, and mindful movement creates a synergistic experience, empowering you to cultivate greater self-awareness, reduce stress, and achieve lasting positive change in all areas of your life.
