Flourishing After 40 group coaching is a cost-effective approach to helping you live your best life. In this virtual setting, you will join a group of 3 other women for (4) 60-minute coaching sessions. Our next cohort will meet the first four Tuesdays in October at 7 p.m. CST. over Zoom. Your investment for all 4 sessions is only $299.00.

Walk N Talks
Regular movement is linked to more optimistic moods, improved sleep, hormone regulation, and more graceful aging. If you are local to the Ellis County Texas area and want to take your coaching session outside, Walk N Talks are for you. Sessions normally take place at Getzendaner Park and are customized to your physical ability.

According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention only 20% of Americans get enough movement in their day to maintain their health. Regular movement is also linked to more optimistic moods, improved sleep, hormone regulation, and more graceful aging. If that weren’t enough, as humans we have evolved to solve problems most effectively while in motion. (Think tiger chasing us of the wide-open savannas!)
Movement doesn’t have to hours in the gym. There are lots of ways to incorporate more movement into your routine and as a Certified Yoga Instructor, Wellbeing Coach, and Health Coach I can help.
If you are local to the Ellis County Texas area and want to take your coaching session outside, Walk N Talks are for you. For only $100.00 an hour you can book your walking coaching session. Sessions normally take place at Getzendaner Park and are customized to your physical ability. Other locations can be accommodated by request.

Movement doesn’t have to be hours in the gym. There are lots of ways to incorporate more movement into your routine. Sometimes we all need a little extra motivation to stay on track with our fitness goals. If you are looking for that person to keep you accountable to your walking routine, we do offer a limited number of walking buddy services in Getzendaner Park in Waxahachie, Texas. All walks are customized to your physical ability.

We’ll start with some conversations around what yoga is and how it can improve your wellbeing, learn a few basic poses, and end with some stress reduction techniques. This free class is coming to Waxahachie in October 2023.
